Discovery Call and Movement Assessment

The first step is scheduling your free discovery call. The purpose of this call is to find out if there is opportunity to help you with your specific situation. During this call, I will get your complete history, we will discuss what your goals are, what you've tried that hasn't worked, what your fears are, and what your dreams are. If I believe there is an opportunity for me to help with your situation, and you believe there is potential for me to help you, we will schedule an in-person consultation.


Assess Phase
​In this phase we evaluate where you are currently and where you want to go.
In an interview together, we uncover your history, wants, needs, goals, movement patterns, ranges of motion, and skill level. Determined from your needs and goals, I will walk you through a joint-by-joint movement screen which includes a custom competency, strength balance, and CO2 tolerance. This reveals where there are movement restrictions, strength imbalances, and where there is room for growth. We also discuss critical educational material in which most people are lacking. Often times, this information holds the key to moving forward in your journey and staying pain-free. This phase takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks. A functional diagnosis is created with the results of your testing. This diagnosis will guide your journey and give us a direction to head towards.
​Develop Phase
Here, we begin corrective work and develop confidence, competence, and autonomy in foundational movements.
In the Develop Phase, we begin a custom in-person individual training at a cadence based on your needs and capabilities. We also get into in depth training through conversations about mindset and mood. We also dive into recovery and breathing strategies, as well as lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, etc. The purpose of this phase is for you to develop confidence, competence, autonomy, and build a solid foundation to build from.


Ascend Phase
Enhance your foundation of a more resilient body and mind.

Here we build upon your basic skill level and develop higher levels of autonomy. You will continue to receive weekly mentorship and custom programming and will add the proper dosage of intensity during your workouts.
Freedom Phase
Reclaim your independence.
​
You won't have to work with me forever. In this phase, you are transitioning into a period of life where you are able to safely and confidently reclaim your freedom. You will be able to properly take back control, living the pain-free, active lifestyle you've been missing. You'll be able to master the application of intensity through movement and move onto the great things you want to accomplish outside of the gym. Go for that hike through the mountains, you've earned it. You now have the freedom to choose what your life holds, without restriction.
